These tips will help you complete a better, more reliable installation of your wall mounts.
Use the proper mounting hardware; substituting with bolts from a parts bin could mean reduced reliability due to uneven clamping and fastening forces.
Scope the location, before drilling any holes. Avoid obstructions and exposure to damage, but also provide for maintenance access.
Measure before drilling. Don't measure bolt holes from the floor, as the floor is probably uneven. Create a cardboard hole template, with all mounting holes premeasured and laid out.
Physically "dry-run" your mounting template against the hardware, and fix or re-do as needed.
Measure the desired height from the floor. Using a level and affix the template to the wall (masking tape usually works well for this).
With the template in place, center-mark all holes (a penciled dot on the wall is sufficient).
Do a mockup/matchup of the hardware, as a final check.
Leave the template in place while drilling the holes. This will help protect the mounting surface.
Drill pilot holes, first. Then drill the holes for the hardware. This method reduces hole displacment errors.
Remove the template. Now affix a temporary covering on the area outside the hole pattern. This will help protect the wall while you put the roof mount in place. Once you have all the bolts started, you can remove this covering.
Using a level, fine-tune the position of the mounting hardware as you are tightening the mounting bolts.
Follow a torquing pattern while tighting the bolts, rather than tightening them one at a time. Using a torque wrench set to 75% of the specified setting, follow the torqueing pattern around. Repeat with the wrench set at 90% of the specified setting. Then set the wrench to the specified setting and make the final pass so the bolts are all at the specified torque.
The final step in a professional installation is to clean everything up.

Qualified installers.
OSHA.
The National Electrical Code, NFPA 70, provides communications system installation requirements in Chapter 8. Other NEC Articles may also apply, especially those in Chapter 5. The IEEE provides many communications-related standards. If you go to the IEEE Website's Standards library and select "Communications" you will see these. It's a huge list, but only certain ones will apply to your specific application.
Some state and local authorities have additional state requirements. Check with the Authority Having Jurisdiction to determine which, if any, state and local requirements apply.
