The GT series is designed for efficiency, strength, and versatility. All GT towers are constructed with high strength steel tubing, and hot dip galvanized after fabrication. ROHN's exclusive Zig-Zag® solid rod bracing provides exceptional strength.
This series of guyed towers includes the 20G, 25G, 45G, 55G and 65G models. These durable towers are entirely welded and fabricated with precision equipment and are suited to meet a variety of needs.
The 25G Guyed Tower uses double bolted joints, which are proven to be the best method of joining tower sections for sturdiness and dependability. The 25G Guyed Tower is available in standard 10' lengths, and as a 7' UPS-shippable length.
45G
The 45G Guyed Tower is a true multi-use tower that provides excellent strength for applications up to 300 feet. The 45G Guyed Tower has heavy steel tube legs, to satisfy a wide variety of needs under various conditions. It's also available in the same dimensions with solid leg design for heavy duty applications. The 45GSR is available in 10' and 20' sections.
55G
Because of its rugged design, the 55G Guyed Tower lends itself well to a wide variety of uses for communications towers. The typical application is where unusual wind loading and height requirements exist. The ROHN 55G tower provides excellent strength in heights up to 400 feet. The 55G Guyed Tower is available in 10' tower sections.
65G
The ROHN 65G Tower provide excellent rigidity and superior strength in tower applications:
Up to 500 feet, when utilized as a guyed tower.
Up to 80 feet when utlized as a self-supporting tower.
Its high strength design covers a wide variety of communication tower applications. The 65G Guyed Tower is completely prefabricated in welded sections, allowing for quick and convenient installation.
The 65GSR offers the same dimensions, with solid leg design for heavy duty applications. ROHN tower manufacturing also offers a 65GSR with extra heavy bracing. The 65GSR is available in 10' and 20' sections.
80/90G
Featuring unbeatable strength, ROHN 80/90 Series Guyed towers are specifically designed for microwave, cellular, PCS, television, and radio broadcast communication towers, plus meteorological installations. Constructed in an equilateral triangular pattern (with either steel pipe or solid steel legs with tubular or angle steel cross bracing bolted connections), each 80/90 Guyed Tower is individually engineered to meet with stringent specifications of your particular tower design application.
The number 80 pipe tower has a 41 foot face. It's the most economical structure that meets exacting standards for multi-purpose towers
The number 90 pipe tower has a 60 foot face. It's suitable for heavy duty applications, such as large diameter microwave situations and severe environmental conditions. It's also ideal for co-location of multiple carriers.
The model 80/90 is also available with solid rod legs.

Please take some time to read our Tower Safety page. This very informative resource may save your life.
It covers such areas as:
Electrocution hazards.
Fall hazards.
Mixing of products.
Qualified installers.
OSHA.
The National Electrical Code, NFPA 70, provides communications system installation requirements in Chapter 8. Other NEC Articles may also apply, especially those in Chapter 5. The IEEE provides many communications-related standards. If you go to the IEEE Website's Standards library and select "Communications" you will see these. It's a huge list, but only certain ones will apply to your specific application.
Some state and local authorities have additional state requirements. Check with the Authority Having Jurisdiction to determine which, if any, state and local requirements apply.
